JUNIOR QA ANALYST (MANILA)
Job Description
The Quality Assurance Analyst will perform quality assurance, quality control, and testing activities for all of the organization’s systems, software, and applications.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Create test cases.
- Execute test cases.
- Record and report results.
- Assist the QA Analyst with projects and day-to-day QA functions.
- Interface with Business Analysts (onshore and offshore).
- Interface with other employees as needed (onshore and offshore).
- Undertake additional training and development tasks as requested by team lead or manager.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of testing experience.
- Manual testing is a basic requirement
- Automation Testing Experience is required
- Insurance experience is a must.
- They need to have sound administrative skills, so they can accurately document and track issues.
- This person needs to be team player, willing to learn and they should have a disposition that can deal with people in a positive and productive manner.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
Education
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
Work Schedule
- Night Shift
- 8PM-4AM Philippine time
